Initial Conference

We will set up a time to discuss your projects and answer any questions you have about our company, our writers and our process. If you like what you hear and would like to proceed with LuxWriteNow, we will provide you with our Project Brief form.
Project Brief
The more information a client provides going into a project, the better. That's why we ask each client to complete a Project Brief form. In addition to giving us important direction on your business, audience, communication objectives, background information, key messages and interview information, we have found it also helps clients focus their thoughts. The completed Project Brief is submitted to LuxWriteNow via email or fax.
Scope of Work
After receiving the completed Project Brief form, LuxWriteNow prepares and submits a Scope of Work document to the client that includes:
- A description of the project
- Estimated number of hours to complete
- Number of interviews required
- Project timeline
- Any other project details
- And finally, the project price
The Scope of Work document ensures LuxWriteNow understands and defines the project requirements and your expectations. The Scope of Work document must be signed by the client and faxed back to us before work will begin.
Terms
LuxWriteNow requires 50 percent of the project price be paid on your acceptance of the Scope of Work. The balance is due upon completion of the project.
You may pay via credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or by check. If paying by check, LuxWriteNow reserves the right to start your project once your check clears our bank.
Once the project is paid in full, the completed written project becomes the property of the client, with full rights to use in any manner. Full usage rights are not granted until the agreed upon fee is paid.
