GlobalNavSource offers airlines a unique paper-based charting solution. Our PFB (Paper Flight Bag) is a standard 7 hole bound tailored dataset that mirrors the digital coverage. The PFB belongs to the ship instead of the pilots thereby providing a "less-paper" solution along the path to paperless. The PFB is revision-free. New contents are issued at the cycle changes and the entire contents is replaced eliminating the labor expense of filing revisions. Airlines can expect immediate significant cost savings when transitioning to the PFB. Savings can be applied to EFB hardware to fund the transition to paperless. The combination of PFB and electronic data allows airlines to transition to paperless in a cost neutral manner.
