After spending some time in October with the inventor of the technology and the Public Utilities, we decided to make the investment in the hopes that we would be able to move enough products to pay for the cost.

In the beginning the blue L.E.D. was the most sought after. It retailed at about $30.00 a set with the public utilities selling them at close to their cost. The white we called "multi" colored white because the technology was in its infancy and the "discoveries" of new materials, technology and manufacturing were still years off.

We brought the 40’ container in at the end of October and were sold out within two weeks! Although I had owned and operating companies all my life, it did not take much to realize that we were on to something big!

The technology has improved every year, along with new lines. In 2003 Holiday Creation took over the marketing and production of the Forever Bright product line. They started to work on the designs and the ‘multi’ white issues. The need for a commercial light string that would allow commercial users, cities, and towns across the nation to connect as many as 100 sets end to end was met by Holiday Creation. The new design of lens, better color distribution and brighter L.E.D.s has continued to excel from a mostly perfect white to new colors like the Warm White which has the look of an incandescent light.

Their newly acquired line of Full Wave technology is the biggest and best yet in the field of L.E.D. The advancement to the brightness of the new technology is attributed to the use of full wave rectifiers which power the lights up and down the string, taking the flicker out of the light and giving the L.E.D. the power it needs to be brighter than the traditional light strings. We are so excited about this new line that we have dedicated most of our importing to this new technology.

We now see L.E.D. lighting strung from one end of this nation to the other!
