Excuria Recovery Services, LLC (ERS) is a licensed Debt Collection
Agency based in Baldwin, New York. Our mission is to effectively and
efficiently recover delinquent receivables for our clients while simultaneously
maintaining a professional and ethical discourse with those who find
themselves in debt.

Upon placing your accounts
with us, we will immediately assign one of our experienced collection
specialists who will initiate contact with a demand letter for payment
in full, followed by a series of telephone calls, escalated demand
letters and follow-ups. You will be able to check the status of your
claims right here on our website.
Our standard rate of *25% is contingent upon recovery. If we don’t
collect, you don’t pay! No account is too large or small. We
incur all expenses associated with the collection of your accounts
such as skip-tracing, asset locating and credit bureau reporting.If
you would like to place your accounts with us please download our
collection agreement.
