Painting a building isn't exactly the most fun activity in the world, but once you've started moving your stuff it becomes readily apparent that the hard part isn't over yet. Of course, even the Jeffersons would be happy about moving on up to our East Side (of Lafayette) building, so the extra work isn't so bad.
Stormfront Productions has been rapidly growing over the last year, which has obviously culminated in our overall expansion. Perhaps culminated is the wrong word to use, as we see this move to be the next step on a very long ladder (you can't get to the top too fast or you might lose your balance and bust).
Already in 2009 we have added two new employees and finalized the move from our ever increasingly smaller office into the much more expansive building just down the street. By the end of this year we hope to bring several more high tech jobs to the area while still maintaining the professional decorum that has facilitated the growth we've experienced thus far.
The offices are mostly set up, and we've put the room together with just a little inspiration from "The Office". I'm pretty sure that our Multimedia Specialist Aaron VanSchyndel is planning on clearing his desk of my papers with a ruler (we'll just call him Dwight).
All in all we view this move as a major progressive step in the development of our development company. The new location is already proving to be of value since we've tripled our average walk-in clientele from last year and we've only been here a week! It just goes to show once again that no matter what your business is you can always count on location, location, location.
